A standout feature of this tilt grading bucket is its Lehborit 5000 (500HB) hardness cutting edge and side cutting edges, which provide exceptional wear resistance under continuous abrasion from compacted soil, gravel, and clay. The 500HB rating places this cutting edge among the highest-grade wear materials available for excavator buckets, ensuring a substantially longer service life compared to standard cutting edges and reducing the frequency and cost of replacement on high-utilization job sites.
Each unit ships as a complete hydraulic kit, including the hydraulic cylinder, pressurizing valve, and hoses pre-fitted up to the tilting head, enabling straightforward installation without the need to source additional hydraulic components separately. The bucket is compatible with Lehmatic and Symlock quick-coupler adapters as well as direct suspension mounting, providing broad flexibility across different excavator brands and coupler systems. Bracket options include S30, S40, and S50 to cover machines from 1T to 8T, with all models operating at a standard hydraulic pressure of 16 MPa and a flow rate of 60 LPM.
Main plate thickness ranges from 6mm on the 1–2T model to 10mm on the 6–8T dual-cylinder configuration, ensuring the structural rigidity required for demanding grading cycles without deformation over time.
