The EALITA Hydraulic Positioning Skid Steer Pallet Forks are a Class 2A heavy-duty pallet fork attachment that eliminates the need to dismount the machine when adjusting fork tine spacing — delivering a significant productivity advantage in high-cycle material handling operations where pallet sizes vary frequently. Compatible with the MP1140 universal quick-attach interface, these hydraulic pallet forks integrate seamlessly with most mid-to-large skid steer loaders and provide operators with full tine positioning control directly from the cab, making them the preferred choice for warehouse logistics, construction site material handling, agricultural operations, and any application where multiple pallet formats are handled in a single shift.

The core advantage of hydraulic tine positioning over manual adjustment is operational efficiency. With conventional pallet forks, repositioning tines for a different pallet size requires the operator to stop, dismount, manually unlock and slide each tine, re-lock, and remount — a process that adds minutes to every configuration change and compounds into significant lost productivity over a full working day. With these hydraulic positioning pallet forks, tine spacing is adjusted instantly from the operator's seat using the skid steer's auxiliary hydraulic circuit, allowing continuous operation across mixed pallet sizes without interruption. In high-throughput environments handling diverse load footprints, this capability directly reduces cycle times and operator fatigue.

Rated to a safe working load of 2,000kg (approximately 4,400 lbs) at Class 2A specification, these skid steer pallet forks are built for the heavier duty cycles and load capacities associated with mid-to-large skid steer machines. The Class 2A frame construction provides the structural rigidity and safety margin needed for sustained high-capacity lifting, while the heavy-duty load guard prevents rearward load shift during transport and elevation. The 46-inch tine length accommodates standard and deep-footprint pallets across a wide range of load configurations, and Class 2A fork tines in 100×40×1220mm specification are available as an optional upgrade for operators requiring heavier tine cross-sections for more demanding load types. At 127kg, the attachment adds manageable dead weight to the machine's lift system while maintaining the structural capacity needed for 2-ton rated operation.
