The EALITA Bulk Bag Filling Frame is a heavy-duty FIBC filling station engineered for the safe, efficient filling of jumbo bulk bags with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 2000kg (2 Ton). Designed for industrial, agricultural, and construction material operations, this filling frame provides a stable, hands-free solution for filling free-flowing bulk products directly into standard FIBC bulk bags.
The frame features 4 adjustable height settings spanning 1800mm to 2050mm, allowing operators to optimize bag positioning for different filling equipment, conveyor heights, and bag sizes — reducing manual handling and improving filling efficiency on every cycle. The 1960mm × 1242mm base footprint provides a wide, stable platform that accommodates standard FIBC bulk bags securely throughout the filling process.
Four corner hooks with 190mm × 90mm pockets and an 800mm pocket centre spacing are precisely sized to fit standard FIBC loop straps, holding the bag open and fully extended during filling to prevent collapse and ensure maximum fill volume. Once filled, bags can be easily unhooked and removed by forklift or overhead crane without repositioning the frame.
