The Forklift Big Bag Lifter Jib is a single-arm boom attachment designed for the fast, safe, and effortless handling of 1,000 kg bulk bags (FIBC bags) — including firewood bags, agricultural produce bags, construction material bags, and other heavy-duty flexible intermediate bulk containers.
One of its standout advantages is that the operator never needs to leave the forklift cab to load or unload bags, dramatically improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual handling risks on busy sites. The extended boom also provides additional lift height, making it easy to clear hoppers, trailer sides, and loading bay walls with fully loaded bags.
The jib features a 5-position adjustable height range (736–1220 mm), secured by a locking pin, allowing operators to quickly adapt to different load heights without tools. A safety chain is included to firmly secure the jib to the forklift carriage, preventing accidental displacement during operation.
The slip-on design fits standard forklift fork pockets (188×88 mm pocket size, 277 mm pocket centres) with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,000 kg. Suitable for use in agriculture, logistics, timber yards, biomass facilities, and construction sites. Custom sizes available upon request — please confirm fork dimensions and load capacity with your forklift manufacturer before use.
