Without adequate counterweight at the rear, the front wheels lose ground contact, steering becomes unpredictable, and the risk of tipping increases significantly on slopes and uneven terrain. The EALITA Ballast Box is a Category 1 3-point hitch tractor attachment designed to restore front-end stability and steering control by adding up to 360 kg (800 lb) of adjustable ballast weight to the rear of the tractor. Fill it with concrete, sand, gravel, rocks, or steel to dial in the exact counterweight your setup requires — and adjust the load as your implement configuration changes across different jobs.
Beyond its core ballasting function, the T-BLSTB is built with practical field use in mind. The sliding front door allows the box to be emptied quickly without removing the attachment from the tractor, saving time when you need to reduce ballast between tasks or transport the unit empty. Integrated tube holders and tool storage pockets are built into the frame, keeping frequently used hand tools and accessories organized and accessible directly from the tractor without a separate tool box. A 2-inch hitch ball receiver is also incorporated into the design, adding a towing point that makes the ballast box a dual-purpose rear attachment for light towing applications.
