The Forklift Wheelie Bin Tipper Attachment (Model: F-NWB-T1) is purpose-built for the fast, safe, and effortless tipping of 240-litre plastic wheelie bins — ideal for waste management facilities, food processing plants, commercial kitchens, warehouses, retail distribution centres, and municipal operations that require frequent, high-volume bin emptying.

With a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 500 kg, the tipper accommodates fully loaded 240L wheelie bins with ease. Operation is straightforward: the bin is simply wheeled into the tipper frame, secured with safety chains to prevent accidental displacement, and the forklift's hydraulic system tips the bin through a full 180° rotation — ensuring complete, consistent emptying with zero residual waste. Throughout the entire tipping cycle, the operator remains in the forklift seat, eliminating manual handling, reducing fatigue, and improving throughput on busy waste handling operations.

Finished in a hot-dip galvanized coating, the F-NWB-T1 delivers outstanding corrosion resistance for long-term use in outdoor, wet, or chemically exposed environments — making it equally suitable for food-grade and general waste applications. The slip-on fork pocket design (165×65mm pockets, 340mm centres) allows fast, tool-free mounting on standard forklifts without modification.
