Product Overview
The EALITA Forklift Roll Prong Attachment is a heavy-duty carriage-mounted roll handling solution designed for the safe and efficient transport of carpet rolls, vinyl flooring, fabric rolls, and other cylindrical materials in warehouses, flooring distribution centres, textile facilities, and retail logistics operations. Available in Class 2A and Class 3A configurations with Safe Working Loads ranging from 200 kg to 1,700 kg, this forklift roll prong attachment can be precisely matched to your load requirements and forklift class.
All models in the range are fitted with a Quick Release (QR) mounting lock system, allowing operators to connect and disconnect the roll prong to the forklift carriage quickly and safely — with no tools required. This significantly reduces changeover time between attachments on busy warehouse floors, improving overall operational efficiency and reducing labour costs associated with attachment swaps.
The prongs are manufactured from high tensile steel for maximum strength and durability under repeated heavy-duty use, with an enamel paint finish providing corrosion resistance for long service life. Prong diameters range from 40 mm to 100 mm and lengths from 1,200 mm to 3,100 mm, covering a wide variety of roll sizes and weights across different industries.
