The EALITA F-CRL6 is a heavy-duty ground level container loading ramp designed for safe and efficient forklift loading and unloading of shipping containers, curtain-siders, and flat-bed trailers in warehouses, logistics hubs, distribution centres, and freight terminals. With a 6,000 kg Safe Working Load (SWL) and an overall length of 2,400 mm, this forklift container ramp provides a stable, low-gradient approach that allows forklifts to enter and exit containers smoothly — reducing the risk of load instability and equipment damage during the loading cycle.
A key feature of the F-CRL6 is its 1,500 mm flat top section, which provides a level working platform at the container entrance. This allows operators to easily manoeuvre and position the last two to four pallets inside the container without the ramp gradient interfering with load placement — a critical advantage in maximising container fill rates and reducing double-handling on busy loading docks.
Built from 5 mm high-strength steel plate, the ramp delivers the structural rigidity and impact resistance required for repeated heavy-duty forklift use. Integrated side fork pockets allow the ramp to be quickly repositioned between containers using a forklift, eliminating the need for manual handling and significantly reducing changeover time between loading operations.
