The EALITA Fixed Hydraulic Dock Leveler is a heavy duty loading dock leveller designed to bridge the height difference between warehouse loading platforms and truck beds, enabling fast, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of goods by forklift or pallet truck. Permanently installed at the loading bay, this pit-mounted hydraulic dock leveller provides a stable, flush connection between the building platform and freight vehicles, eliminating the need for manual ramps or additional bridging equipment.
Powered by a 380V/50Hz electric hydraulic system, the dock leveler operates with the push of a button, allowing a single operator to raise and lower the platform quickly and precisely to match the height of any incoming truck or trailer. The hydraulic height adjustment range of 0–890mm accommodates a wide variety of vehicle heights, making it compatible with standard trucks, box vans, and refrigerated trailers commonly used in warehouse and logistics operations.
