Product Overview
The EALITA Laydown Concrete Kibble (Lay Down Concrete Skip Bucket) is specially engineered for concrete placement in narrow shuttering, columns, and confined formwork where standard upright kibbles cannot reach. Unlike conventional crane concrete buckets, this laydown kibble uses a unique two-stage operation: the skip is laid flat on the ground for easy filling, then lifted vertically by overhead crane into precise pouring position — delivering controlled, accurate concrete flow exactly where it is needed.
Built from heavy-duty 6mm structural steel plate with a rated SWL of 3,000–4,500 kg, this laydown concrete skip bucket is available in three capacities — 1.0 m³, 1.5 m³, and 2.0 m³ — to suit a wide range of column sizes and project requirements, from residential high-rise cores to large-scale civil and infrastructure works.
The bottom discharge clamshell gate is lever-operated for precise flow control, minimizing concrete waste and ensuring clean, accurate pours into narrow formwork. Each unit is supplied as standard with a 1m flexible hose (200mm diameter) for directing concrete into tight or restricted spaces, and a bolt-on support frame for stable ground positioning during filling.
A full welding support frame is available upon request for sites requiring additional stability. Custom capacities and configurations are available — contact us for a tailored quote.
