This heavy-duty extra-long stillage cage is purpose-engineered for the protective storage and shipment of consolidated, oversized, and long-profile goods that cannot be accommodated by standard-length stillages. At 2,240mm in length, it provides exceptional capacity for long steel sections, timber, pipes, extrusions, machinery components, and other extended industrial products — making it a specialist solution for industries where standard 1,160mm cages fall short.

Available in two height configurations to suit different operational requirements:

• Single Height (WS-SDP1010) – 1,010mm height for standard warehouse racking, forklift transport, and general industrial storage
• Double Height (WS-SDP2020) – 2,020mm height for tall or vertically stacked goods, maximising load volume per cage

Both configurations are rated to 1,000kg SWL and designed for safe stacking, enabling high-density vertical storage when units are empty or partially loaded. The robust welded steel construction protects contents from impact damage during transport and handling — critical for fragile, high-value, or precision-engineered components.
