The EALITA Bulk Bag Lifter is a heavy-duty FIBC lifting frame rated to a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 2000kg (2 Ton), designed for efficient and safe lifting of bulk bags, jumbo bags, and large sacked materials using overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and telehandlers.
The square 1420mm × 1420mm frame is engineered to accommodate standard FIBC bulk bags, providing a stable, evenly distributed lift that prevents bag distortion and minimizes the risk of load shifting during transit. The compact frame height of 160mm keeps the overall lifting height to a minimum, maximizing usable hook height in low-clearance environments.
At the center of the frame, a 360° rotating swivel lifting eye allows the hook connection to be made quickly and easily from any angle, eliminating the need to manually align the frame before lifting. Once loaded, the swivel eye allows the frame and load to rotate freely, preventing sling twist and enabling precise load positioning during placement.
Weighing just 45kg, the frame is lightweight enough for easy manual handling and repositioning between lifts, while the robust steel construction ensures long-term durability under demanding daily use. Suitable for lifting sand, aggregates, cement, grain, chemicals, and other bulk materials in construction, agricultural, and industrial environments.
