Product Overview

The EALITA Hydraulic Water Pipe and PVC Pipe Clamp is a precision-engineered forklift attachment designed for the safe, controlled, and damage-free handling of water pipes, PVC pipes, plastic pipes, concrete pipes, and large-diameter conduit sections across water pipe manufacturing plants, building material distribution centers, civil construction sites, pipeline supply yards, municipal infrastructure projects, and plumbing and drainage supply operations. Designed for Class 3A forklifts in the 3–3.5 tonne range, this hydraulic pipe clamp provides the controlled clamping force, 45-degree tilt capability, and 0 to 2,450 mm opening range required to handle the full spectrum of standard water pipe and PVC conduit diameters used in residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure construction projects.

The hydraulic clamping mechanism is specifically calibrated for the handling characteristics of water pipes, PVC pipes, and plastic conduit sections — materials that require a more controlled, evenly distributed clamping force than the high-compression grip used for dense steel pipe bundles. The clamp jaw geometry is designed to conform to the curved outer surface of individual pipes and pipe bundles, distributing the clamping force broadly across the pipe surface to prevent localized deformation, surface marking, and structural damage to PVC and plastic pipe walls during lifting and transport. This surface-conforming, controlled-force clamping approach ensures that pipes arrive at their installation destination in the same condition they left the storage yard — free from clamp marks, surface indentations, and wall deformation that can compromise pipe joint integrity and installation quality.

The full opening range of 0 to 2,450 mm accommodates the complete spectrum of standard water pipe and PVC conduit diameters used in civil and building construction — from small-diameter residential water supply pipes and drainage conduits through to large-diameter municipal water mains, stormwater pipes, and infrastructure conduit sections. The operator controls clamp opening and closing from the forklift cab via the auxiliary hydraulic circuit, allowing precise jaw adjustment to match the diameter and bundle configuration of each pipe load without dismounting or manual adjustment. This seated, in-cab control capability eliminates the manual pipe securing and repositioning steps required with chain-sling or strap-based pipe handling methods, significantly reducing cycle times and operator fatigue in high-throughput pipe yard and construction site handling operations.

The integrated hydraulic tilt function provides 45 degrees of forward tilt and 25 degrees of backward tilt, controlled independently from the forklift cab. Forward tilt enables precise angular lowering of pipe sections into trenches, pipe bedding, and installation positions at a controlled angle — a critical capability for civil construction and pipeline installation operations where pipes must be lowered accurately into prepared trenches without manual guidance or secondary positioning equipment. Backward tilt retains pipe loads securely within the clamp during travel across construction site terrain, uneven yard surfaces, and access roads, preventing pipe roll and load shift during transit between storage and installation points. This tilt capability is particularly valuable on active civil construction sites where pipe installation accuracy directly affects project timeline and installation quality.

Constructed from high-strength steel plate throughout, the clamp frame and jaw assemblies provide the structural rigidity required to maintain precise jaw alignment and consistent clamping force across the full 0 to 2,450 mm opening range — ensuring repeatable, accurate pipe handling performance across thousands of operational cycles in the demanding conditions of active construction sites, pipe manufacturing yards, and building material distribution operations. The two-circuit hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 16 MPa with a flow requirement of 60 LPM, compatible with the auxiliary hydraulic circuits of standard Class 3A counterbalance forklifts equipped with two hydraulic valve circuits. Custom jaw profiles and opening ranges are available on request to accommodate specific pipe diameters and bundle configurations beyond the standard model specification.

Whether you are moving PVC water supply pipes at a building material distribution center, handling large-diameter concrete pipes at a civil construction site, transporting plastic conduit sections at a pipeline supply yard, lowering water mains into trenches at a municipal infrastructure project, or managing pipe inventory across a residential construction development, the EALITA Hydraulic Water Pipe and PVC Pipe Clamp delivers the controlled clamping precision, 45° tilt accuracy, and 0–2,450 mm opening range your operation needs to handle every pipe safely, efficiently, and without product damage — every pipe, every trench, every project.
