The WS-EAPL1.5 is a heavy-duty mobile turntable pallet positioner (pallet lift table) designed to eliminate manual handling injuries and dramatically reduce worker fatigue during pallet loading and unloading operations. With a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1500kg / 3307lbs and an automatic height adjustment range of 230–700mm (9.1"–27.6"), this ergonomic pallet positioner continuously maintains the load at the optimal working height as goods are added or removed — eliminating the need for workers to bend, stretch, or strain to reach the top or bottom of a pallet.
The built-in 1200mm (47.2") diameter turntable allows effortless 360° load rotation, providing full access to all sides of the pallet without repositioning the load or the worker — significantly improving picking, packing, and assembly efficiency. Adjustable levelling feet ensure stable, level operation on uneven floors and surfaces.
Critically, the WS-EAPL1.5 operates with no electricity, compressed air, or hydraulic power required — the spring-loaded mechanism automatically adjusts to the load weight, making it completely maintenance-free and suitable for use anywhere on the warehouse or production floor without power infrastructure. Available in galvanised or painted finish, it is fully suitable for washdown environments including food processing, pharmaceutical, and cold storage facilities.
