This heavy-duty steel stillage cage is engineered for the most demanding industrial storage and transport applications, rated to an exceptional 2,000kg Safe Working Load (SWL) — double the capacity of standard stillage cages. Designed for warehouses, manufacturing plants, steel fabrication facilities, mining operations, and heavy engineering environments where standard-capacity cages simply aren't enough.
Built to accommodate a standard 1,170×1,170mm pallet footprint, this stillage integrates seamlessly into existing pallet racking systems, forklift operations, and warehouse management workflows without requiring special handling equipment. The robust steel frame construction delivers the structural integrity needed to safely contain and transport heavy components, dense raw materials, metal parts, and bulk industrial goods.
The front drop-down gate and rear hinged gate are both fully removable, providing flexible front or rear access for loading, unloading, and stock inspection — even when units are stacked. This makes high-density vertical stacking practical and efficient, maximising floor space utilisation across your facility.
Units are designed for safe stacking under full load, enabling significant vertical storage density gains in warehouses and distribution centres handling heavy goods. The open steel frame design allows quick visual inspection of contents without opening gates, reducing handling time during stock checks and order picking.
