The EALITA Laydown Concrete Kibble with Hydraulic Power Unit is an advanced lay down concrete skip bucket purpose-built for high-volume concrete placement in narrow shuttering, large columns, core walls, and confined formwork on demanding construction sites. Like all laydown kibbles, it uses a proven two-stage operation: the skip is laid flat on the ground for easy, efficient filling, then lifted vertically by overhead crane into precise pouring position for controlled concrete discharge.
What sets this model apart is its electric hydraulic remote control gate system. The bottom clamshell discharge gate is powered by an integrated hydraulic unit, allowing the operator to open and close the gate remotely — eliminating the need for manual lever operation at height and significantly improving on-site safety and operational efficiency.
Built from heavy-duty 6mm structural steel plate with a rated SWL of 4,500 kg and a large 3.0 m³ capacity, this hydraulic laydown concrete bucket is designed for large-scale civil engineering, high-rise core construction, bridge foundations, and infrastructure projects where high pour volumes and precise discharge control are critical.
Each unit is supplied as standard with a 1m flexible hose (200mm diameter) for directing concrete into tight or restricted column spaces, and a bolt-on support frame for stable ground positioning during filling. A full welding support frame is available upon request for sites requiring additional ground stability.
