Product Overview

The EALITA Hydraulic Rake Grab Forklift Attachment is a heavy-duty multi-function forklift attachment engineered to combine the material penetration capability of a harrow-tooth rake grab with the controlled tilting precision of a hydraulic tilt mechanism — delivering a versatile, high-performance handling solution for construction sites, demolition yards, agricultural operations, landscaping projects, waste processing facilities, and industrial bulk material handling environments. Available in Class 3A configurations for 3–3.5 tonne and 4–4.5 tonne forklifts, this hydraulic rake grab transforms a standard counterbalance forklift into a multi-function material handling machine capable of excavating, grabbing, tilting, and optionally scooping a wide range of bulk and irregular materials without the need for dedicated excavation or loading equipment.

The harrow-tooth rake mechanism is the defining operational feature of this attachment. The rake teeth are engineered to penetrate directly into loose, compacted, and semi-cohesive materials — including soil, gravel, demolition rubble, green waste, agricultural produce, and mixed bulk materials — by driving the teeth into the material mass and closing the grab around the penetrated load. This self-penetrating rake action allows the forklift to excavate and collect material from piles, windrows, and ground-level deposits without requiring a separate excavator or loader to pre-load the grab, significantly reducing the number of machines required on site and improving overall operational efficiency. The 500mm rake width and 0 to 1,792mm opening range provide the jaw spread required to handle a wide variety of material volumes and pile configurations in a single grab cycle.

The integrated hydraulic tilt function provides 45 degrees of forward tilt and 25 degrees of backward tilt, controlled directly from the forklift cab via the auxiliary hydraulic circuit. This tilting capability enables the operator to precisely orient the grab and its contents during transport and placement — tilting forward to pour or deposit material at a controlled angle, or tilting backward to retain loose material securely within the grab during travel over uneven ground. The combination of rake grab and tilt function in a single attachment eliminates the need for secondary positioning equipment when depositing material into trucks, hoppers, processing equipment, or designated stockpile areas, delivering a level of material placement precision that a fixed-orientation grab cannot achieve.

The optional bucket configuration extends the operational versatility of this attachment further, allowing the same forklift carriage mounting to support a bucket attachment in addition to the rake grab — enabling the operator to switch between grab and bucket functions to suit different material types and handling tasks within the same work cycle. This bucket-on option is particularly valuable on mixed-use construction and demolition sites where both loose bulk material scooping and irregular load grabbing are required across different phases of the same project, eliminating the need to change attachments or deploy a second machine for bucket-based loading tasks.

The three-circuit hydraulic system provides independent control of rake opening and closing, tilt forward and backward, and any additional actuation required for the bucket option configuration. The system operates at a working pressure of 16 MPa with a hydraulic flow requirement of 60 LPM, parameters compatible with the auxiliary hydraulic circuits of standard Class 3A counterbalance forklifts equipped with three hydraulic valve circuits. The robust welded steel construction and heavy-duty rake tooth design ensure long-term durability under the impact and abrasion loads generated during repeated penetration into hard and mixed-composition material piles across high-cycle industrial and construction site operations.

Whether you are excavating and loading demolition rubble at a construction site, collecting and transporting green waste at a landscaping operation, handling bulk agricultural produce at a farm storage facility, processing mixed waste at a recycling center, or managing bulk material loading and site cleanup across a multi-phase industrial project, the EALITA Hydraulic Rake Grab Forklift Attachment delivers the rake penetration power, hydraulic tilt precision, and multi-function versatility your operation demands — every grab, every tilt, every shift.
