Product Overview
The EALITA Hydraulic Tipping Fork Attachment is a heavy-duty hinged forklift fork designed to deliver precise, controlled load dumping and tilting across a wide range of industrial, agricultural, and logistics applications. Built from high-strength steel with a compact, well-balanced structure, this hydraulic tilting fork attachment supports 45° forward tilt and 25° backward tilt — giving operators full directional control for accurate load placement, bin filling, and material discharge without repositioning the forklift.
Powered by a dual oil cylinder system operating at 16 MPa and 60 LPM hydraulic flow, the tipping fork delivers smooth, stable load inversion even under maximum rated capacity. Each cylinder is fitted with a hydraulic safety lock, preventing unintended tipping during travel and ensuring load security throughout the lift-and-dump cycle. All cylinder seals are manufactured from imported materials, extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency in high-cycle operational environments.
Available across a broad forklift capacity range — from 2–2.5T through to 7T — in seven standard configurations (Class 2A to 4A), this hinged fork attachment integrates directly with the forklift's existing hydraulic circuit via an additional oil circuit. The wide model range ensures compatibility with light-duty warehouse forklifts through to heavy industrial machines, making it a scalable solution for fleet operators managing mixed equipment across multiple sites.
With the optional bucket attachment, the hydraulic tipping fork transforms into a fully functional material handling bucket capable of carrying sand, coal, grain, fertilizer, soil, and other loose bulk goods — significantly expanding the operational versatility of a single forklift unit. The bucket-on option requires no additional structural modification and can be configured at the time of order, providing procurement teams with a cost-effective multi-function attachment solution.
Suitable for 2–7T forklifts across seven standard size configurations, with additional sizes available on request. Please confirm actual load capacity and hydraulic circuit compatibility with your forklift manufacturer prior to installation.
