Product Overview

The EALITA Hydraulic Steel Pipe Clamp is a heavy-duty forklift attachment engineered for the safe, efficient, and damage-free handling of steel pipe bundles, individual large-diameter pipes, and cylindrical load formats across steel pipe manufacturing plants, building material distribution centers, construction sites, pipeline supply yards, and industrial steel processing facilities. Available in four configurations spanning Class 3A and Class 4A forklift compatibility for machines from 3 tonnes to 7 tonnes, this hydraulic pipe clamp covers the full range of counterbalance forklifts used in light to heavy industrial steel pipe handling operations — making it one of the most versatile hydraulic pipe clamp solutions available for standard forklift platforms.

The hydraulic clamping mechanism delivers controlled, high-force grip across a full opening range of 0 to 1,720 mm — accommodating everything from small-diameter individual pipes and narrow pipe bundles to large-diameter structural pipes and wide multi-row pipe stacks in a single attachment. The operator controls clamp opening and closing from the forklift cab via the auxiliary hydraulic circuit, allowing precise grip adjustment to match the diameter and bundle width of each pipe load without dismounting or manual adjustment. This seated, in-cab control capability eliminates the manual repositioning and secondary securing steps required with chain-sling or strap-based pipe handling methods, dramatically reducing cycle times and operator fatigue in high-throughput pipe handling environments.

The integrated hydraulic tilt function provides 45 degrees of forward tilt and 25 degrees of backward tilt, controlled independently from the forklift cab. This tilting capability is critical for precise pipe placement and load orientation during handling operations — tilting forward to lower pipe bundles accurately onto storage racks, transport vehicles, or processing equipment at a controlled angle, and tilting backward to retain pipe loads securely within the clamp during travel across uneven yard surfaces and construction site terrain. The combination of hydraulic clamping and hydraulic tilt in a single attachment eliminates the need for secondary positioning equipment and manual load adjustment during pipe placement, delivering a level of handling precision that fixed-orientation pipe clamps cannot achieve.

Constructed from high-strength steel plate throughout, the clamp frame and jaw assemblies are engineered to withstand the concentrated contact loads, impact forces, and abrasion generated during repeated clamping of heavy steel pipe bundles in high-cycle industrial environments. The robust welded steel construction ensures long-term dimensional stability and resistance to jaw deformation under maximum rated clamping force — maintaining consistent grip performance across thousands of operational cycles without the jaw wear and alignment drift that affects lighter-duty pipe handling attachments. The two-circuit hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 16 MPa with a flow requirement of 60 LPM, parameters compatible with the auxiliary hydraulic circuits of standard Class 3A and Class 4A counterbalance forklifts equipped with two hydraulic valve circuits.

The four available model configurations — F-GGJ3A30 for 3–3.5T forklifts, F-GGJ3A40 for 4–4.5T forklifts, F-GGJ4A50 for 5–5.5T forklifts, and F-GGJ4A70 for 6–7T forklifts — provide a matched attachment solution for every forklift class in the standard counterbalance range used in steel pipe handling operations. Each model is dimensionally optimized for its target forklift class, ensuring correct load centre geometry, carriage compatibility, and hydraulic circuit integration across the full 3–7 tonne forklift range. Custom configurations are available on request to meet specific pipe diameter ranges, bundle widths, or operational requirements beyond the standard model specifications.

Whether you are moving steel pipe bundles between storage bays at a pipe manufacturing plant, loading structural pipes onto transport vehicles at a building material distribution center, handling large-diameter pipes at a pipeline supply yard, or managing steel pipe inventory across a busy construction site, the EALITA Hydraulic Steel Pipe Clamp delivers the clamping force, 45° tilt precision, and 0–1,720mm opening range your operation needs to handle every pipe load safely, efficiently, and without product damage — every clamp, every load, every shift.
