The EALITA PHA2000 Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Forks (Automatic Pallet Hook) are purpose-built for safe and efficient lifting and transporting of palletised loads by overhead crane, chain hoist, or lifting beam on construction sites, warehouses, factories, and industrial job sites. Designed to eliminate the manual adjustment typically required with standard pallet hooks, the PHA2000 delivers fast, reliable pallet handling with minimal operator effort.
The defining feature of the PHA2000 is its automatic self-levelling mechanism. An internal spring system continuously self-balances the unit, keeping the lifting eye in the correct position and maintaining the fork tines perfectly horizontal at all times — regardless of load distribution. This ensures safe, stable lifts every time without manual intervention, significantly reducing the risk of load tipping or shifting during crane operations.
The tine width is fully adjustable across three fork centre positions — 315mm, 595mm, and 875mm — allowing the PHA2000 to accommodate a wide range of standard and non-standard pallet sizes, making it one of the most versatile crane pallet fork attachments available for mixed pallet environments.
Available with an enamel painted finish or a hot dip galvanised finish for enhanced corrosion resistance in outdoor or wet environments, the PHA2000 has a rated SWL of 2,000 kg and is suitable for use across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and construction applications.
