Product Overview

The EALITA Hydraulic Dual-Cylinder Fork Waste Grab is a heavy-duty forklift attachment engineered for smooth, stable, and high-retention handling of loose scrap iron, scrap metal fragments, waste paper bales, mixed industrial waste, and small-format bulk materials across scrap metal recycling yards, waste processing facilities, paper recycling centers, and industrial manufacturing environments. Available in six configurations spanning Class 3A forklifts from 3 tonnes to 4.5 tonnes — with three fork length options of 1,220 mm, 1,370 mm, and 1,520 mm across both the 3–3.5 tonne and 4–4.5 tonne forklift classes — this dual-cylinder hydraulic waste grab provides the broadest model coverage in the EALITA fork grab range, making it the most versatile single attachment solution for operations running mixed forklift fleets or requiring a single grab specification to cover multiple forklift classes.

The dual-cylinder hydraulic actuation system is the defining performance advantage of this grab over single-cylinder fork grab configurations. Where a single-cylinder grab applies claw closing force from one primary actuation point, the dual-cylinder system applies simultaneous, balanced closing force from two independent hydraulic cylinders positioned symmetrically across the grab frame — generating a more even, more controlled claw closure that distributes clamping force uniformly across both sides of the material load. This balanced dual-cylinder closure eliminates the lateral load shift and uneven jaw engagement that can occur with single-cylinder grabs when handling asymmetric or irregularly distributed material loads, resulting in a more stable, more complete grip on every grab cycle regardless of material distribution within the jaw opening.

The 1,500 mm wide fork frame is the second structural advantage that differentiates this grab from narrower single-cylinder configurations. The wider frame provides a broader base of support for the claw assembly, increasing the lateral stability of the grab during jaw closure and reducing the tendency for the grab to twist or deflect under asymmetric load conditions. The wider frame also increases the effective jaw engagement width, allowing the grab to envelop a larger cross-section of material pile in a single approach — reducing the number of repositioning cycles required to collect a full grab load from wide, spread-out material accumulations. Together, the dual-cylinder actuation and 1,500 mm wide frame deliver a measurably smoother, more stable, and more complete grab cycle than any single-cylinder narrow-frame alternative in the same forklift class.

The six available model configurations provide matched grab solutions for both 3–3.5 tonne and 4–4.5 tonne Class 3A forklifts across three fork length options. The 1,220 mm fork length models provide a maximum opening range of 0 to 2,310 mm, suited to standard-depth waste piles and scrap accumulations in enclosed processing facilities. The 1,370 mm fork length models extend the opening range to 0 to 2,515 mm for handling deeper material piles and taller scrap accumulations in outdoor scrap yards and high-volume processing environments. The 1,520 mm fork length models deliver the maximum opening range of 0 to 2,645 mm — the largest in the series — with the deepest tine penetration for reaching into the base of large, deep scrap and waste accumulations and extracting full grab loads in a single cycle.

The integrated hydraulic tilt function provides 45 degrees of forward tilt and 25 degrees of backward tilt across all six model configurations, controlled from the forklift cab via the auxiliary hydraulic circuit. Forward tilt enables precise angular deposit of collected waste and scrap loads into processing equipment hoppers, transport vehicle bodies, and waste containers at a controlled angle without manual load repositioning. Backward tilt retains loose scrap fragments, paper offcuts, and mixed fine waste securely within the grab assembly during travel across uneven yard surfaces and construction site terrain, preventing material loss between collection and deposit points. The optional bucket configuration allows the same carriage mounting to support a bucket attachment alongside the fork grab, enabling grab-to-bucket switching within the same operational shift for mixed material handling tasks.

The two-circuit hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 16 MPa with a flow requirement of 60 LPM, compatible with the auxiliary hydraulic circuits of standard Class 3A counterbalance forklifts equipped with two hydraulic valve circuits. The high-strength steel grab frame, fork tines, and dual-cylinder mounting assembly are engineered to withstand the elevated impact, abrasion, and compression loads generated during high-cycle scrap metal and waste handling operations across the full 3–4.5 tonne forklift capacity range. Custom fork lengths, frame widths, and opening ranges are available on request to meet specific operational requirements beyond the standard six-model range.

Whether you are collecting and loading scrap iron at a metal recycling yard, handling waste paper bales at a paper recycling center, managing mixed industrial waste at a manufacturing facility, processing loose scrap fragments at a foundry waste area, or running a mixed forklift fleet that requires a single grab specification to cover both 3-tonne and 4-tonne class machines, the EALITA Hydraulic Dual-Cylinder Fork Waste Grab delivers the balanced dual-cylinder grip, 1,500 mm wide frame stability, and 0–2,645 mm opening range your operation needs — every grab, every load, every shift.
