Product Overview

The EALITA F-TJCL45 Forklift Tilt Long Jib Boom is one of the most versatile and capable jib attachments in our range, engineered for heavy-duty lifting operations that demand both extended reach and significant height gain. Rated at 4.5 tonnes safe working load — the highest capacity in our forklift jib series — this tilting long jib attachment delivers a maximum reach of 3.53 metres and an additional lifting height of up to 2.23 metres when fully extended, making it the go-to crane jib attachment for construction sites, heavy industrial facilities, port operations, and large-scale equipment yards where standard jib attachments fall short.

Featuring a slip-on design secured by a heavy-duty safety chain, the F-TJCL45 mounts directly onto standard forklift forks without welding, drilling, or permanent modification to the host machine. The safety chain retention system provides a critical secondary securing point during operation, preventing accidental jib displacement under dynamic load conditions and ensuring operator safety throughout the full lift-and-place cycle. Installation takes minutes, allowing rapid deployment across multiple forklift units on the same site without dedicated tooling or specialist labor.

The tilting jib mechanism allows operators to adjust the boom angle to suit the specific geometry of each lift — compensating for hook and sling length, clearing overhead obstacles, or positioning loads at precise heights within racking systems, containers, or elevated platforms. This angular adjustability, combined with the 3.53-metre extended reach, gives the F-TJCL45 a lifting envelope that far exceeds fixed-angle jib alternatives, reducing the need to reposition the forklift between lifts and significantly improving operational throughput on high-volume sites.

Finished with a durable zinc plated coating, the 4.5-tonne tilt jib is built to withstand the demands of outdoor heavy industrial environments — including exposure to moisture, chemicals, UV, and abrasive conditions common to construction yards, mining sites, and port facilities. The zinc plated finish provides long-term corrosion resistance that significantly outlasts standard painted steel alternatives, protecting the structural integrity of the jib under repeated maximum-load cycles and reducing total lifecycle maintenance cost for fleet operators.

Measuring 2,097 × 522 × 646 mm and weighing 190 kg, the F-TJCL45 is engineered to deliver maximum lifting capability within a compact, manageable attachment profile. The 188 × 88 mm pocket size and 319 mm pocket centres ensure broad compatibility with heavy-duty forklift fork profiles in the 4.5-tonne class. Custom reach lengths, SWL ratings, tilt configurations, and pocket dimensions are available on request — contact our technical team for fleet pricing, application-specific recommendations, or to compare across our full jib attachment range.
