The EALITA PHB Series Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Forks (Automatic Pallet Hook) are engineered for safe, efficient, and highly flexible lifting and transporting of palletised loads by overhead crane, chain hoist, or lifting beam across warehouses, factories, construction sites, and industrial facilities. Available in two rated capacities — SWL 1,000 kg (WS-PHB1000) and SWL 2,000 kg (WS-PHB2000) — the PHB series offers exceptional versatility for a wide range of pallet handling applications.
Like all EALITA pallet hooks, the PHB series features an automatic self-levelling mechanism powered by an internal spring system that continuously balances the unit, keeping the lifting eye correctly positioned and the fork tines perfectly horizontal at all times — regardless of load distribution. This eliminates the need for manual adjustment during operations, ensuring safe, stable lifts every time and significantly reducing the risk of load tipping or shifting.
What sets the PHB series apart is its industry-leading 5-position adjustable tine width, with fork centre positions at 250mm, 388mm, 525mm, 623mm, and 800mm — the widest range of adjustment available in its class. This allows the PHB to handle virtually any standard or non-standard pallet size, making it the ideal crane pallet fork attachment for mixed pallet environments and high-variety warehousing operations.
The PHB series also features an adjustable overall height — ranging from 1,450mm to 1,850mm on the 1T model and 1,675mm to 2,235mm on the 2T model — providing additional flexibility for different crane hook heights and headroom constraints on site.
